February 14, eMbers Venue is dedicated to a Valentine’s night for lovers, friends, and family to share an intimate experience of food, drink, and fun.
Dinner will be starting with a simple hors d'oeuvre consisting of balsamic glazed prosciutto wrapped pears on a peppery arugala salad.
For the entree, you will recieve either a duo plate of fresh smoked lobster and beef tenderloin with a velvety wine and mushroom sauce or the vegetarian dish of ratatouille.
The entree will be accompanied with asparagus and garlic mashed potatoes.
To close the meal, you will be served a rondure hazelnut and raspberry cheesecake.
Dinner includes bottomless wine and champagne.
